Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I stand behind the quality of materials and workmanship of my clothing. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a flaw in the construction of your garment. Should you need to return a garment you purchased for an exchange, you may do so if the fabric is available to make a replacement item. If the fabric is not available, you can choose a same priced item . Cash refunds will not be given. No refunds or exchanges on personalized or special request orders.
Payment Policy
Payment is due when order is placed. Checks are accepted. There is a $30 return check fee. I also accept paypal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each garment is made to order - a number of things can effect the time that it takes to receive your order. As a general rule you should allow 6-8 weeks to receive your order. If a problem should arise, I will let you know. Thank you for your understanding. I know that sometimes it is hard to wait for that special outfit - that is why I work very hard to get your outfit to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped to the recipients home address. A $6.00 fee will be added to your order total to cover the cost of shipping. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.
