Consignment Agreement
Welcome to HeHa's Kloset!! We are so excited that you have decided to become part of our store!! Here is how it works:
Drop off days are Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The limit for items will be two (2) medium sized card board boxes. You may drop off larger items (i.e., strollers, bassinets, etc.) at any time on drop off days or during normal business hours. Please keep in mind that we will not accept summer items during winter or winter items during summer. Sometimes there will be items that we can't sale, we call there "No Thank You Items", after we have sorted through your items we will call you to pick these up. You will have two weeks to retrieve these items, after those two weeks, we reserve the right to donate any items that are not picked up.
Some examples of NO THANK YOU ITEMS are, but not limited to:
1.Items that are ripped, stained, or missing buttons/zippers.
2.Dirty, broken or outdated items. This includes ALL items.
3.Musty or smokey smelling items.
Make sure all items are clean and or freshly laundered when you bring them in.
We will base prices on supply and demand. However, we will get the best possible prices for you. Please be aware that coupons, promotions and scheduled markdowns will affect the selling price.
You will receive 40% of the selling price if used for store credit and 30% if used for cash. We will display your items for 90 days. All markdowns will be at the discretion of HeHa's Kloset.
If you would like to retrieve any unsold items please do so by the 90th day. After 90 days we will call you to retrieve the unsold items. You will have a maximum of two weeks to pick up the unsold items, after that, the items will become the property of HeHa's Kloset and will be donated or re-sold. We will do our best to protect your items, however, we will not be held responsible for damages or theft.
Please call if you wish to inquire on your account or to make an appointment to pickup any earnings. Consignors are responsible for inquiring and collecting their earnings.
Seasons for accepting clothing are:
Fall and Winter Items: August 1st - February 1st
Spring and Summer Items: March 1st - July 1st
All other items are accepted year round!!
